Well FINALLY I've received my order in full and without damage. I complained to this site, the BBB, the Pennsylvania Attorney General and I had written several letters via facebook, email, their web site, and snail mail inquiring about my order. Not sure which approach made an impact, but something got the ball rolling and I now have my merchandise.

I placed a large order and paid it in full with Mem Art Ceramics back in September 2012 and it's now February 2013 and have not received my order.I have called, emailed, left texts and I've even written messages via their Facebook page without a single word back.

I even went so far as to track down the owner via Facebook and the white pages, Mabel McKeel, to send her messages about this unfilled order without any responses from her. Today I decided to get every address on this company I could find and snail-mail a letter to each address enquiring about my order.

I've given this company until the end of this month to respond to my enquiry before I contact the Attorney General to make a complaint.This order was for my daughter's wedding this summer, so all I really want is either my order filled or a refund before her big day.

Monetary Loss: $121.

After Mem-Art took my money and did not deliver any product and I never received any response from the owner.I filed an official complaint with the small claims office in their county.

It was free to file and I also sent a copy to the sheriff of that same county.

I then mailed the owner of Mem-Art copies of my complaints that I filed.Within two weeks I received my order.
